the challenge

freight
Logistics is an industry where much of the subject matter is highly technical, sales-driven, or operational. The creative challenge was to make those stories engaging without losing credibility.
That meant turning sales initiatives, culture, partnerships, events, recruitment, and executive communications into content worth stopping for — while moving quickly across multiple stakeholders, formats, and business priorities.

DESIGN
Working across both meant connecting the initial business objective directly to the final creative — which mattered most when a project had to go from idea to published in days, not weeks.

THE SYSTEM
A repeatable
content engine
Instead of approaching each request as an isolated deliverable, I built a process that connects every piece of content back to the objective that prompted it. Briefs, audience segments, channel requirements, production schedules, asset variations, and performance review all became part of the creative process.

the human story
MAKING B2B FEEL HUMAN
A logistics company has plenty to talk about. The challenge is making people care. So a major part of my approach has been finding the human story underneath the business message.
Rather than relying on corporate graphics and promotional messaging, I expanded the mix: people-led storytelling, executive content, behind-the-scenes production, event coverage, culture, recruitment, partnerships, and short-form video — giving the brand room to show personality while still doing commercial work.

EVENTS
Events as
content engines
Rather than treating conferences as one-time recaps, I treated them as ecosystems: pre-event storytelling, executive interviews, sales-team and employee content, behind-the-scenes footage, real-time coverage, photography, short-form video, partner content, recaps, and post-event evergreen assets.

Recruitment creative measured on applicant behavior and site analytics, not impressions
On the recruitment side specifically, campaign tracking made it possible to attribute application activity back to individual pieces of creative — which changed what got made next, not just how it was reported.
Beyond individual metrics, the larger shift has been building a content operation that is strategic, repeatable, measurable, and creatively ambitious.
what's next
The work is
still evolving
The objective isn't to produce more content. It's to build a creative system where social, brand, video, campaigns, executive storytelling, recruitment, and business priorities feel like parts of the same brand experience. For a legacy B2B organization, that means respecting what already makes the brand credible while continuously finding better ways to make it relevant.
